WHAT IS SEZZLE? 
An alternative payment platform that offers interest-free instalment plans. This allows shoppers to split their entire order into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. No additional fees or impact to your credit score once payments are made on time. Lyme-Shop is not responsible for any impact on customers credit scores or additional fees incurred by Sezzle as the company operates separately. Sezzle is only available for users in Canada and U.S at this time and is subject to approval in order to use. 
HOW CAN I RETURN ITEM(S)?
Due to current world circumstances, we will not be accepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the current climate of Covid-19. In future, we will change this policy, at this time to ensure the safety of all customers and staff at Lyme-Shop we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. All purchases will be considered final sale until further notice. We do hope you are completely satisfied with your order, prior to placing the order please reach out to us at wecare@lyme-shop.com with any concerns you may have.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Shipping time will vary on a case by case situation as it depends on your shipping address and method of shipping selected. All shipments leave Ontario, Canada, please allow 1-3 weeks depending on shipping method selected at time of checkout. If there are any concerns from time of purchase, please reach out to our support email wecare@lyme-shop.com

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Please note we have provided different shipping methods via Canada Post, some methods are priced at a more affordable rate as it does not include tracking. For purchases selected under these methods, tracking will not be available. We strongly recommend a shipping method that is trackable for traceability purposes. If you do purchase with trackable shipping, an email will be generated with tracking once your order has been shipped. If you have not received it, please contact our support email for assistance wecare@lyme-shop.com
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
Import duties, customs and taxes will be your responsibility. These fees will be payable at or after your delivery. Lyme-Shop does not have control over any additional fees determined such as duties, customs and taxes charged by the country your order is being transported to. Due to this, we unfortunately cannot inform you of what these costs will be as it varies by country. If you require additional information regarding these charges which are not applied by Lyme-Shop, please reach out to your local customs office for more information. Lyme-Shop is not liable for these additional charges and cannot provide a refund to cover charges placed

Our material is sourced from Santaconstancia, we utilize the CO2control Fabric which is made up of the below
90% - Biodegrable Amni Soul Eco/6.6 Biodegradable Nylon
10% - Spandex
HOW DO I CARE BEST FOR MY LYME-SHOP SWIMWEAR?
To keep your beloved swimwear in its best shape and vibrancy, we recommend the below care instructions:
  • Rinse after use
  • Avoid rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to the swimwear
  • Some shades may bleed, avoid wearing light coloured coverups to avoid transfer from wet swimwear
  • Be mindful of tanning oils and sunscreen lotions as may mark or damage swimwear
  • Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent
  • Do not soak or bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Air dry in shade
  • Do not iron

SWIMWEAR IS ADVERTISED AS BIODEGRADABLE; DOES THIS SHORTEN THE LIFESPAN OF MY PIECES?
No need to worry! Our fabric sourced from Santaconstancia is made from Nylon 6.6 (Solvay Corportation) which has textile threads that are interlaced in a way to allow threads to decompose under conditions of a landfill.
You can make the decision to purchase eco-friendly swimwear at ease as our pieces will not biodegrade or break down during normal day to day use. Your pieces are here to stay as long as you need it and when it is time to get rid of it, you can be sure the lifespan in landfills will be significantly shorter than other fabrics.
